We have developed a highly demanding program to maintain an accident-free working environment. Consequently, we are recognized nationally as a safety leader. Dona File, Corporate Safety Director, is responsible for implementing the company's safety program. Dona is a trainer for the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), and founder and president of the Mid-Atlantic Construction Safety Council; a consortium of like-minded construction safety professionals which includes the leaders of the construction safety field in the Greater Philadelphia Area. For her efforts, Dona has received many safety awards and honors. Because of her dillegance in L.F. Driscoll Co. we were given the Award of Excellence by PMA Insurance Group for sustaining no OSHA reported accidents for over a million man hours worked.
