Rotational Project Engineer Program
LF Driscoll’s Rotational Project Engineer Program offers an opportunity for our new construction professionals to jump start their careers by completing rotations in Estimating, Project Management, and Field Supervision during the first 12-24 months of employment. Participants will receive valuable training and experience by rotating on various assignments and having exposure to multiple managers and teams.
RPE Participants are expected to continuously learn and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to successfully complete the program. Activities for each rotation must be satisfied and completed before moving to the next phase.
Participants will also attend Quarterly Meetings with Executive Management. The meetings consist of group presentations, guest speakers, Q & A sessions, field trips, and social and other networking activities.
Once a participant’s rotations are complete, a graduation decision is reached through a collaborative meeting with the Review Team and the participant. The participant graduates into a Superintendent, Project Management, or Estimator role.
