2006 - General Building Contractors Association’s Tenth Annual Construction Excellence Awards went to L.F. Driscoll Co. for three projects in the following categories: Excellence in Craftsmanship Award for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Façade Replacement project; Best Industrial Institutional Project for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia – South Tower, and Honorable Mention in the Best Commercial project for the One Crescent Drive office building project.

2006 - Named one of the Nation’s Top 400 Contractors by ENR magazine (ranked 112th) *

2006 - A LEED Platinum certification awarded by USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) on the construction of an office building, One Crescent Drive, in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. This is the first and only high-performance building in the Commonwealth to attain that rating.

2006 - Named one of the Nation’s Top 400 Contractors by ENR magazine (ranked 112th) *

2005 - The Plaza at PP&L awarded the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star®

2004 - The Plaza at PP&L awarded LEED Gold rating by U.S. Green Building Council. The Plaza also achieved First Prize in the 2004 Northeast Green Buildings Award in the Places of Work - Large Buildings category

2004 - XL Insurance - Excellence in Environmental Risk Management Award

2004 - The Plaza at PP&L Center in Allentown, an L.F. Driscoll Co. construction project, is one of 10 buildings worldwide to be awarded this year's Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence.

2004 - National Association of Minority Contractors awards L.F. Driscoll Co. for our joint-venture partnership with Artis T. Ore, Inc. during the construction of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
